Meet Some of Our People |
Jeffrey Wolfer – President and Co-CEO Jeffrey Wolfer has transformed Kennedy Funding from a relatively obscure, ‘me, too’ lender into a global leader in direct private lending. Where once Kennedy Funding was closing roughly $40 million in loans per year, the company is closing in on this year’s goal of $300 million. Jeffrey caused this formidable change by building a cadre of professionals and initiating a push that took Kennedy Funding from just domestic loans into the international market, where they now have a presence in Mexico, Latin and South America, the Caribbean, Canada, and Europe. |
| Kevin Wolfer – Co-CEO Kevin Wolfer brings 12 years of experience, know-how and knowledge to the Kennedy Funding table, flavored by a passionate work ethic, solid financing talent, and a discerning eye that misses nothing. As a result, Keven continues to be responsible to noteworthy loans throughout the world. He simplifies the loan process, regardless of their complexity, providing clear, easily understood methodologies, and closes quickly on loans that might otherwise be drawn out for weeks, if not months. |
| Mathew Cole – Mathew has been with the company since 1992, a mere six years after they began and during his tenure he has become inextricably involved with, and undeniably proficient in, virtually every aspect of the business. Forming a close-knit team with the Co-CEOs, Mathew has been, and continues to be, a pivotal player in helping Kennedy Funding assume and maintain a leadership position in the direct private lending arena. |

Jonathan Hornik – As Kennedy Funding General Counsel, Jonathon’s perception, experience, and knowledge are invaluable additions to the company’s core unit of top-flight professionals. Jonathon has been deeply involved with the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, and development of various real estate properties, and represents interests on both sides of the deal. Having finalized billions of dollars in transactions throughout the country, some of his loans have been valued at or above $400 million. |
